Happy Valley Rustica

At the “Peak,” North Scottsdale, Arizona. We were referred to Christina by Susan Beeso of Russ Lyon Realty, and were fortunate and excited to be awarded the contract to remodel this 14,000 sq ft. home on 4 ½ acres of manicured desert living. This was a fantastic experience where the homeowner Christina did all the interior design. Together, we had a blast! Since Christina resided in Chicago at the time, most all of the work was designed and constructed over text messages, videos, and email. Not only was Christina a great client on this property, she also has asked us to help her develop other properties in the North Scottsdale Area.
