At the “Peak,” North Scottsdale, Arizona.  We were referred to Christina by Susan Beeso of Russ Lyon Realty, and were fortunate and excited to be awarded the contract to remodel this 14,000 sq ft. home on 4 ½ acres of manicured desert living. This was a fantastic experience where the homeowner Christina did all the interior design. Together, we had a blast! Since Christina resided in Chicago at the time, most all of the work was designed and constructed over text messages, videos, and email. Not only was Christina a great client on this property, she also has asked us to help her develop other properties in the North Scottsdale Area.

Palladian Style Custom Home

Luxury home built by Carmel Homes Design Group, LLC of Scottsdale, AZ. As quoted from Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine: "There's a lot of vanilla in this world. I asked Carmel Homes to build me a banana split." So comments accomplished artist Dale Terbrush when talking about the elegant, soft-yellow Palladian-style home in Paradise Valley. Terbrush characterizes the ambience of his home as "comfortable grandeur". He also calls it "a serious bargain", and says he was able to build the house for much less than most people would imagine. “Home on the range.” When an NBA world champion bought this rustic Sonoran Hacienda in far North Scottsdale, originally they were going to just fix it up and rent it out to other professional basketball players. Well, they soon fell in love with this property and realized that they loved it so much that they decided to make it their permanent residence. To say we had a blast working with them is an understatement. Again we communicated mostly through text messages and emails, and everything came together smoothly. They love it, we love it. And we are now drawing up plans to add another 1,000 sq ft for all the memorabilia. What a wonderful experience working with them.

Winget Residence – Paradise Valley, Arizona
When six-time New York Times best selling author Larry Winget (the “Pitbull of Personal Development“) bought this home in Paradise Valley, he went looking for a remodeling contractor. We were honored to be referred to Larry by Shane Ashcraft of Russ Lyon Realty. We had a great meeting with Larry and his lovely wife RoseMary. To say this project was fun doesn’t do it justice – we had an absolute blast. Larry showed us a couple of pictures of how he wanted his kitchen and baths to look.  We went to work, found the resources, and without any plans other than client description and our vision, put this home together for them. Larry and RoseMary were fantastic to work with, and we were excited to perform for them.
